Shipping & Store Policy 

We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds. Should an issue arise please feel free to contact us and we will do our very best to help resolve any issues.

 

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches your items are shipped within 3-5 business days of cleared payment.  Remember the majority of our products especially our whipped shea souffles, are heat sensitive and melt at temperatures above 76 degrees Fahrenheit .  Once shipped, we have no control over the temperature the product could encounter while in transit. If ordering during the summer months please be aware that there is a possibility the whipped Shea Butter will melt during shipping.  No worries, it is still ok to use. Just place in a cool place or fridge for a bit and it will return to a solid. It may not be as whipped as it once was, but it will not affect the quality of your product.  When placing your orders please remember to make certain that your shipping address and contact email you provide is correct. We will not be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address, the customer is then responsible for reshipping costs.  If two separate orders are placed they will be shipped separately, no orders can be combined.

​Because most of our products do not contain any preservatives we recommend use within three months of purchase. Also recommend as to not contaminate the products be sure to keep them away from water and have clean hands to access your product.  *We add preservatives to any products containing water/or likely to be near water (ie. our sugar scrubs and liquid black soaps) to maintain its integrity and for added consumer safety.
